What is credit intermediation?

o que e 2.jpg

The Credit Intermediary is the person who participates and supports a credit granting process, and can therefore present or propose credit agreements to consumers, and may provide assistance in the preparatory acts for these agreements.

The credit intermediary aggregates the offer of a set of solutions from various financial entities and presents them to the consumer, providing them with support and clarification, so that they can negotiate with the entity that best suits their needs.

He/She has complete training and information and the necessary documentation to prepare the entire credit process.

The tied intermediation service is free for the customer, as it is commissioned by the partner when contracting the service.

Practical example:

How do you proceed when you need to purchase a property, a car, or a holiday loan?

Contact your bank, and your account manager will show you the solutions available at that institution, being limited to that offer and existing conditions. If you want to know about other options, you must contact other financial institutions.

Through Filipe Franco credit intermediation, when I know the financing needs, I can contact the nine Banks with which I have a partnership, and I present the solutions of each one of them, in a clear and objective way, helping to simplify your borrowing decision.

So, rest assured that I collect and deal with all the documentation and information, and accompany you until the process is completed.

Given the experience gained over 20 years working in financial institutions, I have the right knowledge to clarify and inform you, helping you to make the right choice and save time - and all completely free of charge.
